What is a Rabbi's Tish? Tish is the Yiddish term for table. So at a traditional wedding you can find a "Hussen's Tish" the Groom's Table before where the ketubah is signed and Divrei Torah are given before the wedding. The Hasidim have the Rebbe's Tish, when they gather to study and sing with the Rebbe. So a Rabbi's Tish is the Rabbi's Table where we can gather to study, sing and celebrate Shabbat together. What we have in the past called a Breakfast Shabbat is know known as the Rabbi's Tish. So this Shabbat services will start at 9, we'll break after Shaharit, around 10, go into the Pittel Social Hall for a light breakfast and the Rabbi's Tish. Then around 10:30 we'll go back in for Torah reading and Musaf. Come join us for the experience.
